2 недели назад обратился в магазин дальний свет в автограде. Объяснил продавцу что дешевых ламп хватает на месяц полтора, хотел бы что-нибудь по качественнее, чтоб на дольше хватало. Предложил Корею, фирму видел впервые, он так их расхвалил, уверял что на 3-5 месяцев хватит как минимум, цена 1450. Я взял, через 4 дня сгорела первая лампа ближний, не мог приехать т. к. был в башкирии, вчера сгорела вторая, тоже ближнего. Итог, 2 недели.... Приехал в автоград, объясняю ему, а продавец мне типа, на галоген гарантии нет, я объясняю, что 2 недели это очень мало, что маяк который в 6 раз дешевле служит дольше, он подумал, и вываливается мне типа , у вас с электроникой не в порядке, не могу принять и обменять. Прошу руководство данного магазина обратить внимание на отношение к клиентам, с таким отношением вы делаете себе анти рекламу... Никогда в жизни не обращусь больше в данный магазинишко, что и другим советую. Главное втюхать, деньги получить, а дальше клиент не клиент...
