Мастера опытные, но, похоже, им не объясняли как нужно вести себя с клиентами. Мастер по окраске волос Татьяна позволяет себе саркастические комментарии относительно внешности клиентки! И это за мои же деньги! Посещала этот салон несколько лет, регулярно делая маникюр, педикюр и окраску волос, но теперь буду искать ему замену. В Москве много салонов с хорошими мастерами, хорошим оборудованием и уважительным отношением, чего так не хватает салону Далия.

К сожалению мастера-стилисты, как многие творческие люди, страдают перепадами настроения. В нашем салоне нет такой традиции, чтобы мастер передавала свое плохое настроение клиентам, не смотря на то, что мы все живые люди. Но видимо из всех правил есть исключения. Мы приносим свои Извинения за комментарии и не уважительное отношения к Вам! Татьяна получила строгий выговор. Мы будем рады снова видеть Вас в нашем салоне. На окрашивание волос - Скидка - 15%. Я очень хотела бы узнать нельзя ли вернуть обратно массажиста Надежду или дать хоть какие то координаты.Она очень замечательный мастер своего дела.

У нас уже давно работает другой специалист по массажу: женщина с медицинским образованием, с огромным опытом и высоким уровнем. Очень любит свою работу, и многие клиенты Надежды с удовольствием 2 раза в неделю приходят на массаж к Елене. Приходите и Вы, я уверена, что Вы останетесь довольны, и будете ходить регулярно.
