Расскажу, как было! Приняли решение купить дочке авто с пробегом поучиться. Приехали в ближайший по локации, салон, к официальному дилеру и вот что выяснилось. ООО ОДИССЕЙ прилепился к дилеру, предполагаю, что аренда площади у них в хендай на втором этаже и вот система такова: Менеджеры прихода принимают авто с пробегом от физ. Лица по договору поручения, а менеджеры по продажам авто продают по договору купли продажи от физ. Лица, а сами ОДИССЕЙ посредники и все проблемы ООО с себя снимают. Итак, купили на лёгкой руке, поверив акту диагностики при входе от физического лица, что необходимы мелкие вложения на 10т.р.всё подписали, уехали менять масло в евроавто(при замене мм) диагностика ходовой бесплатна, предлжили, мы согласились, сделали. Резюме: ремонт ходовой запчасти и работа на 192... кузовня на 50000. Вернулись в этот же день, написали претензию на возврат авто, её девочка (передаточное звено) отправила в юр.отдел, итог отказ)как и всем))) в общем сдали мы это ведришко обратно им же) с полным баком бензина, заменой масла, попали на 100000. Машинка за 3 дня подешевела на 100000))) Есть, как, прикрытие и другая ооо, от которой продают напрямую единичные вёдра! Рыбка гниёт с головы по ирархии 1. ген. Дир, 2.начальник отдела продаж и приёмки Виктор! 3. Менеджеры по продажам, которые готовы отсо........ чтобы продать Обман, развод и юридически не подкопаться...
