Записались на прием в клинику с дочкой (ребенку 2 года). Администратор по телефону убедила, что прием ведется в специальном детском кабинете в космическом оформлении, после посещения врача ребенку будет вручен подарок (как это делается в детских стоматологиях). Так же подтвердила, что в клинике лечат зубы детям с использованием севорана. Что мы увидели на деле: прием производился в обычном кабинете (!!!!!!), и с использованием севорана в клинике детям зубы не лечат вообще. Были очень разочарованы посещением стоматологии. К врачу претензий нет. Проинформируйте ваших администраторов об актуальной информации по вашей стоматологии, чтобы администраторы не вводили клиентов в заблуждение. Зря потратили время!

Арина, добрый день! Благодарим Вас за подробную обратную связь! С нашей стороны приносим свои извинения за сложившуюся ситуацию. Считаем должным отметить, что по техническим причинам прием может быть перенесен из одного кабинета в другой. Также, хотели бы отметить, что в нашей клинике ведется прием с использованием наркоза (севорана) - для этого необходимо пройти обследование у врачей и сдать анализы, которые назначает врач. Для лечения зубов под наркозом необходимо наличие показаний для проведения данного вида лечения.

Был сложный случай с зубом у ребенка. Осмотр, консультация и лечение на хорошем уровне, претензий нет. Всегда ходим сюда лечить зубы.
