Полностью разочарованы в сервисе. Нужен был стол определённых параметров, который на сайте нашли, позвонили проверить, что есть он на складе. Сказали приезжайте забирать. Спросила про предоплату или бронь. Сказали, что не нужно, главное приехать до закрытия. Приехали, пытались вместе с работниками найти по артикулу. Сначала сказали, что не кто не звонил, потом вспомнили, что продали час назад и тот кто купил тоже звонил. Напомнили, что мы предлагали забронировать или оплату внести, но ответили что они так не работают. Вместо альтернативного предложения, мне сказали "Кто раньше приехал, тот и забрал". Любви у нас не случилось. Не рекомендую.

Данный отзыв считаем вымышленным, просим покупателей не поддаваться на подобные спекуляции.В последние дни на большинстве площадок наблюдается атака заказными негативными отзывами со стороны недобросовестных конкурентов. Соответствующая жалоба отправлена в техподдержку. Если ваш отзыв – мы не имеем права исключать это – реален и по совпадению затесался среди искусственных просим вас указать номер заказа, чтобы мы смогли вас идентифицировать. Очень надеемся на ваше понимание в сложившейся для нас ситуации.

Все хорошо. Доставили быстро. Мебель соответствует описанию, конечно есть небольшие дефекты, но в целом очень хороший вариант.
