Заказала букет с самовывозом из магазина на Подмосковном бульваре 13 , заказ был оплачен. В назначенное время в 23-00 пришла за букетом ,мне сказали что им заказ не поступал,букета нет. После длительных звонков и выяснений оказалось что мой заказ находится на Красногорском бульваре идти туда нужно минут 15. Пошла ночью искать свой букет так как мне он был нужен в 6-30 утра. Меня пытались убедить что я сама спутала адрес ,но это сделать не возможно , так как при заказе магазин выбирался на карте именно Подмосковный бульвар 13 и я живу в том же доме. Букет также отдаленно напоминал тот что был на фото на сайте, соответствия по цвету не было вообще.

Никогда не покупайте тут Цветы. Ужасный персонал. Купил букет, вышел с магазина, обнаружил что один цветок не в порядке . Вернуть деньги и поменять Цветы мне отказались.. говорит Если бы кипиша праздничного не было, то может и вернули бы.. че за бред.
