Магазин хороший, а вот продавец в нем - нет. Женщина невысокого роста, в очках не умеет обращаться с клиентами. Извините за выражение, хамит клиентам. Я пришла, что бы мне продали упаковочную бумагу, она не смогла подобрать цвет к моему букету, хотя флористу это нужно знать. После этого она начала мне доказывать, что не собирается мне объяснять как правильно упаковывать букет самому, ведь с ее слов у меня не получится, потому что я не специалист. Кроме этого она разговаривала на повышенных тонах, что не приемлемо в разговоре с клиентами.спустя 40 минут она продала мне бумагу, хотя это можно было сделать за 5. Так же разговаривала со мной на повышенных тонах, доказывая, что у нее нет времени упаковать букет, хотя это занимает 10 минут. И за все те 40 минут , что она доказывала мне несусветную чушь, могла бы молча упаковать букет. Пожалуйста, управление,прислушайтесь к отзывам и примите силы, что бы за прилавком не было таких отвратных людей, которые толком ничего не знают о своей профессии!

К сожалению , теперь самые неприятные впечатления о магазине, в связи с приходом нового продавца!!! Всегда с семьей, коллегами и жителями района покупали цветы только в этом месте! Сейчас, по мнению многих, к сожалению все изменилось. Новый сотрудник (женщина невысокого роста в очках) абсолютно не клиентоориентирован, и складывается впечатление, что абсолютно не имеет опыта в этой профессии и индустрии в целом! Очень обидно, и крайне неудобно, когда увидев этого «специалиста» за прилавком приходится пользоваться другой точкой района. Раньше все было совсем не так. Очень жаль…
