Брал несколько раз цветы. Один раз оказались не совсем свежие, т.к. завяли быстро. Через пару дней.

Выбрала 9 роз под ленту. В чеке были сумма за 9 роз, 81 рубль за составление букета, которое заключалось в том, чтобы вынуть розы из пакета и завязять лентой. Ну да ладно… Но то, что было пробито две ленты, вывело из себя. На мой вопрос сказали упаковщику завязать две ленты. Я сказала, что хочу одну. На что мне ответили, что работают по прейкуранту, и тут же недовольно вернули 50 рублей за одну ленту. И вот из-за этих 50 рублей я никогда туда не вернусь! Либо вы так натаскиваете своих сотрудни ков, либо они сами такие. В любом случае, это недопустимо. – показать

Заходила за цветами 2раза так как этот цветочный магазин расположен возле моего дома я не знаю где вы набрали таких сотрудников или специально подбирали 100% хамло не знаю.Первый раз выгоняли меня так как видите ли ей холодно в холодильнике а второй рас вообще накричали так как я не знала что нельзя трогать цветы можно было просто сказать что нельзя я конечно ушла и купила в другом месте.Всем вашим не адекватным сотрудникам нужно обратиться к психологу или уволиться так как ты приходишь за цвет ами в надежде купить самые прекрасные цветы чтоб порадовать ближнего но после такого уже настроение портиться.100% я больше никогда не зайду не в один ваш магазин. – показать
