Сотрудники компании готовы решить все вопросы! Достоинства: Приятно, что покупателей слышат. Недостатки: Долго ждали подтверждения заказа Заказывали цветы для коллег к 8 марта. Из-за большого количества и высокого спроса в эти дни нам попалась одна упаковка цветов не очень хорошего качества. Сотрудники просто физически не успевали все проверить. Но с нами связались после праздника, принесли извинения и в качестве компенсации на эту сумму выдали подарочный сертификат. Даже не ожидала. Спасибо!

полное не уважение к клиентам! Достоинства: к флориста вопросов нет Недостатки: не уважительно отношение к клиентам 26 февраля приехал сделать заказ 31ой розы(на сумму 3100р) на 5 марта, но девушка сказала что 1 марта у нас меняются цены и приходите в марте(в смысле в марте, я приехал заранее сделать заказ) и готов был оплатить 100% за букет но нет у них перед праздником подорожание и то что клиент приехал заранее ни кого не волнует. Оставил свои контакты для связи, 1 числа мне перезвонил сотрудник компании Юг и сообщила что сумма моего букета будет стоить 3750р(это на 20% дороже чем 26 февраля). Считаю данное отношение к клиентам полное не уважение, если так поступаете то будьте любезны написать на своем офф сайте что в связи праздниками у нас ожидается повышение цен и просим Вас делать заказы с 1 марта! Понимаю что 8 марта у всех продавцов цветов самый прибыльный день и вы специально повышаете цены, но я приехал за неделю и даже не в марте сделать заказ. Надеюсь мой отзыв поможет Вам(компания Юг) стать лучше и вы сделаете для себя выводы как избегать данной ситуации!
