19 сентября заказала диван. Срок доставки 2 октября. 100% предоплата, а это почти 60 тр. Но к сожалению, 1 октября получаю смс « извините, срок доставки задерживается на 10 дней». Вечером 12 октября звоню в салон, узнать статус моего заказа.Меня уверяют, что диван уже на складе и в самое ближайшее время мне будет отгружен. Но рано радоваться! 13 октября новое смс «подождите ещё 10 дней». Снова звоню в салон, снова сказка про готовый к отгрузке диван. На вопрос про смс, признают, что фабрика не успевает выполнять заказы. Спрашиваю, почему не предупреждают о задержках? Ответ поражает: « а у нас тогда ничего не купят». Получается, главное получить предоплату? Выполнять обязательства по договору не обязательно? Сколько еще смс о задержке на 10 дней я получу? И есть надежда все-таки получить оплаченный диван? Думала, что цвет диванов это солидная фирма, а оказалось, что ничем не отличаются от мошенников
