Отдал на ремонт велосипед, вернули со спущенным колесом и за накачку 50 рублей просили. Ужасный сервис.

Спасибо, Виталий, за Ваш отзыв. Нам важно мнение каждого клиента. Сожалеем, что Вы остались недовольны нашим сервисом. При обращении к нам, Вы попросили заменить цепь. Мы произвели данную работу и вернули Вам велосипед в том состоянии в котором его получили, только с новой цепью. Другие работы, в т.ч. подкачка и проверка шин, в стоимость не входила. Вы без проблем можете сами накачать свои колеса, для этого у нас есть клиентский насос. Если Вы желаете, чтобы данную процедуру произвел наш сотрудник, то ее необходимо оплатить по прейскуранту мастерской (50р). Если у Вас возникли претензии именно по качеству проведенных работ, пожалуйста, обратитесь на электронную почту director@crazy-sport.ru. Мы обязательно примем меры.
