Ничего говорить не буду за профессионализм, но скажу одно. Фирма очень странная, обрабатывают великолепно. Может конечно что-то делают хорошо. Думаю массаж, стоять какие-то тренажеры, про которые толком нет даже в интернете информации. Вообщем людей, которые развешивают уши, точно обработают. Плюс не отходя от кассы предлогают выдать кредит с какой-то квотой, от правительства Москвы. Вообщем шарага мне показалась. Остальные пусть пишут и говорят чего угодно. Но советую к ним не попадать.

Неприятные лицемерные люди, которые улыбаются только простофилям, а людей с критическим мышлением и которых не просто развести на деньги, держат на расстоянии.

"Эффективные тренера и удобство индивидуальности подхода" - думал я в начале тренировок, но отходчив полгода по 3 раза в неделю и по 40минут (двойные занятия) за питанием тоже следил, расстроился - эффект ниже обычного зала, потому что устаешь быстрее от стимуляций током, в итоге это аномально дорого и помогает (возможно) только для восстановительных тренировок, но то что они навязывают это всем (я здоров) - это мошенничество, у меня есть опыт месяц кроссфита, когда был в разы лучше эффект, поэтому я знаю с чем сравнивать.
