Я с женой и дочкой заказали тур в Болгарию. Но из начального, я не хотел лететь в этот тур, не знаю,но походу чувствовал что то не то с этим тур агентом. Но из за того что жена настаивала что бы я тоже полетел,я и согласился. Когда она оформляла на себя и на дочку тур,цена была 90 т (это на 1 + ребенку 5 лет), но когда меня тоже оформили,попросили еще 30 тысяч. Я не резидент РФ. Мы ждали одобрения болгарской визы 10 дней. К этому моменту срок тура подходил к отправке. Я несколько раз прие зжал в это агентство,что бы узнать про визу. Говорили что будет все в порядке. И в итоге,в ночь перед улетом,мне сообщают Что в визе мне отказали. ОК я смирился с этим решением. Но на счет денег так и не вернули (30 тысяч) якобы тур агент coral treval не хотят возвращать деньги!!!! Они в начале предоставляют другой договор, а если выходят какие-то проблемы,показываю другие договора!!!!! – показать

Шухрат, добрый день!Сожалеем, что Ваш тур был испорчен. Но какое отношение этот отзыв имеет к нашему агентству!? Подобных туристов в нашем офисе НЕ БЫЛО. Если Вы наставиваете, что мы каким то образом имеем отношение к Вашему туру, просим предоставить договор с нашим юр лицом. В противном случае считаем отзыв заказным.
