В самом филиале работники отличные, оформили, отправили, с деньгами всё отлично, информирование своевременное, но сама организация Coral Travel это просто что-то с чем-то. Полетел от них в первый раз. Представители от них на Пхукете сопливые девочки, которые вечно куда-то торопятся. Сопровождающие трансфер правда понравились, и по прилёту и по отправлению. НО на инструктаже- информации 0; поехали на экскурсию на Fantasea - сопровождающая приехала через 50 минут после нас, с запахом, все тётки уже разбрелись, быстро пробежалась с нами тремя и убыла восвояси. На вид лет 20-23, а ответственности как у начинающей нет вообще никакой, ну в общем понятно, она на курорте, она отдыхает. Девушке, которая нас инструктировала, позвонил один раз, такое впечатление сложилось что мне не 45 а 5, больше я уже ни по какими вопросами не звонил, неприятное общение. С Coral больше никуда не полечу, летал с Тезтуром, персонал на 5+, чувствуешь себя человеком.
