Клиентоориентированность это не про них! Менеджер Яна оформила путевку в Турцию, НО: 1. О том, что в самолёте не кормят, не сообщила (сказала потом «я думала вы знаете»). 2. Про отель абсолютно ничего не рассказала! Ни про номер, ни про условия и даже сколько звёзд. Ничего. А отель оказался самым дешевым и отвратительным. Можно же чисто по-человечески сообщить, что отель не очень, что можно доплатить и отель получше взять. Нет! Продала тур как яблоки на рынке. 3. Когда написали, что не устраивает, ни на минуточку не подумала извиниться, наоборот, очень грубо отвечала и оправдывалась тем, что цена-качество. Я понимаю что цена-качество, но сколько езжу по дешевым турам, ни один туроператор в такой убогий отель ещё не отправлял! Всегда обговаривается что хорошо, что плохо. И за 15 тыс жила и в 4* и в 5* отелях. Но в этом отеле даже заявленные 3* нет! Если намерены брать туры здесь, а перед вами менеджер Яна, либо приходите на след.день к другому менеджеру, либо сами все расспросите, потому что пояснений и описаний от неё не дождётесь!

Спасибо @coraltravel_kazan_xl , что именно мне выпала такая потрясающая возможность продлить свои новогодние каникулы !!!😍😍😍 эту поездку я выиграла в конкурсе , чему безмерно рада !!! Раньше я думала , что такое бывает только в подставных розыгрышах , но нет !!!
