Прошу обратить внимание руководства на поведение персонала. 5.02.2020 в 18.55 подошла распечатать документ, попросила проверить шрифт, тк нужен прописной. На мое "пожалуйста" и уговоры, в ответ "у нас нет такой услуги" с ухмылкой. Просто прокрутить колесиком шрифты для девушки слишком тяжелая работа. Почему-то не здороваются, а целиком и полностью погружены в телефон. Как ленивец из зверополиса. Очень неприятно.

Милана, спасибо за отзыв! Мы сожалеем, что Вы остались недовольны. Мы обязательно обратим внимание на приветствие и более доброжелательное отношение к клиентам. Мы всегда проверяем документы перед печатью, но правкой документов, действительно, не занимаемся.
