Кассир на Рязанском проспекте: 1) Отказалась обслуживать моего знакомого, сказав, что Вы зашли вместе. Человек вынужден был 15 минут гулять на улице, в этот время увеличился курс. 2) Хотела купить евро на сумму до 40 тыс. руб. Кассир отказалась это сделать без паспорта. Сказала: я Вас запомнила, Вы слишком часто к нам ходите. Очень любезно. Я развернулась и ушла. В другом банке мне сказали, что имеете право приходить хоть каждый день и покупать валюту без предъявления паспорта до 40 тыс. Эти два эпизода просто возмутительны, безобразное отношение к клиентам. Больше туда ни ногой, в Москве выбор огромен.
