Единственный плюс данного отеля-расположение и завтрак. Номера постоянно забывают убирать -заходишь в номер,опа а там ещё не убрали. Со словами извините, действительно,что в этом такого,видимо норма,дают ключ от другого номера. Либо администраторы сидят ничего не знают,что у них там происходит. Номера плохо убирают,в углах грязь,на полу волосы от предыдущих жителей. Были здесь раз 8,так как недалеко до работы,и единственный раз всё было чисто и без эксцессов. Задумайтесь пожалуйста,кто у вас работает и почему такая безответственность!

В ванной в номере всё в черных женских волосах. Нет нормальной вытяжки. Один несчастный крючок и для полотенец и для одежды. Отсутствие полотенцесушителя наверное норма для трёх звёзд. Чайник, чашки стоят на подоконнике как в студенческой общаге, даже не сразу удалось найти. Кухня на уровне придорожной столовой на трассе.

Запах сырости в номерах класса Стандарт, под кроватью пыльно - вопрос к горничным, горничные из республик Средней Азии - порой сложно понять. Администратора порой не найти на месте по полчаса.

Бронировал через сайт. За номер 3400, но по договору с работодателем цена 2880. В итоге мне скидку не сделали, сославшись на то, что я бронировал через сайт. Якобы, надо было по телефону. Бронь делал за 2 недели где-то. Отмена брони платное с какого—то времени. В итоге перерасход, который не компенсируется. Логин и пароль на wi-fi не дали.

В гостинице идёт ремонт, в ближайшее время надеюсь все преобразится. Пока внешний вид на 3 из 5. Персонал порадовал 5 из 5. Завтрак понравился. Не понравился шум из окна, и вместо ванной комнаты душевая кабинка.
