Работаю на Комсомольской и захожу часто в данный салон, нравится всё, оперативное обслуживание, выбор хороший, цветы свежие, за салоном следят. Спасибо, буду за вежливость, это важно!

Я просто в шоке! Я не понимаю как можно отправить такие цветы! Состояние букета-как будто он неделю до этого простоял у кого-то. Герберы с пожелтевшими концами, хризантемы наполовину обтрёпаны. Как можно брать деньги за услугу, на которую Вы не способны! Картинка с заказа отличается значительно и за это Брать 50 евро 😨

Доставили такой кошмар, что нельзя описать словами! Одно расстройство! Никогда не пишу плохие отзывы, предпочитаю промолчать и сделать выводы. Но тут не сдержалась! Цветы несвежие, с пожелтевшими краями, не сочетающиеся по цвету и не соответсвующие заказу! За что взяли такие деньги, не понятно!

Заказывал розы, фото товара на сайте и в реалии координально отличается. Мне продали мелкие, дешманские, некачественные розы,которые начали вянуть по прошествии нескольких часов. Не рекомендую. Рискуете выкинуть деньги на ветер. Магазин на контакт ни как не идёт.

Добрый день, подскажите пожалуйста, на какое число был оформлен ваш заказ? Вы указали, что магазин не идет на контакт, но к нам никто не обращался с проблемой. Возможно вы приобретали не у нас цветы.
