Заходила недавно сделать фото на загран паспорт . Удивили, молодцы. Сделали отдельную зону для фотографирования ( раньше это был стул и куча глаз которые за тобой наблюдали , было некомфортно ) сейчас можно спокойно привести себя в порядок , расслабиться и сделать отличное фото. За 10 минут отдали распечатку и скинули на почту. P.S. очень переживала за эл.версию тк загружала на гос.услугах, но все прошло на ура. Спасибо девочки, так держать!

Сама печать вроде неплохая, но отношение просто дремучий совок, в лучших традициях советской столовой. С клиентом не работают, торопятся, делают всё лениво и с миной на лице "чё сюда пришёл беспокоишь нас". Когда-то в году 2015 тоже делал у них фото на загранник - выбросил, ибо они фоткали словно делали одолжение, очень в торопях посадив на неудобный стул между витрин, даже не пытаясь что-то подсказать, просто за секунду щёлкнули "и так сойдёт", получилось плохо, перефоткался в Ярком. Очень редко захожу к ним, так как живу напротив, если надо напечатать один лист цветной, но если что-то более крупное, то либо в Копирку, которая рядом , либо в Яркий (да там дороже, но я с удовольствием переплачиваю за сервис и уважительное отношение). В колор-экспресс такое отношение с 2015 года, ничего не меняется, я когда изредка захожу, всё время надеюсь, может колор-экспресс исправился, но нет, видимо это фирменный стиль, и по сей день в 2019 отношение всё то же. Странный честно говоря подход руководства, они столько клиентов и денег теряют, могли ведь быть нормальной фирмой, зарабатывать в три раза больше, если бы набрали бы хороший персонал. Тут либо руководство такое же, либо скупятся на зарплаты и в итоге теряют сотни тысяч. Скупой платит дважды. Ну ладно, дело их. Спасибо, что хоть на йух не послали.
