Сегодня пришел в магазин, хотел подобрать джинсы, но передумал после того как ко мне подошёл консультант , который после нескольких джинсов начал показывать недовольное лицо, такое ощущение как будто я к нему домой пришёл и заставил его работать. Где вы набираете таких непрофессиональных сотрудников которые вызывают неприятные ощущения и отбивают любое желание приходить и покупать у вас вещи.

Приходится писать отзыв здесь т.к. сотрудники интернет-магазина игнорируют звонки и письма)) По заказу 193507 был совершен возврат, 11.11 он приехал в отделение Почты России. С тех пор сотрудники интернет-магазина игнорируют меня вот уже 2 недели и не собираются забирать возврат. 6 звонков в службу поддержки, 3 письма на почту с скриншотами и трек-номером, а так же отзывы на сторонних ресурсах не дают результатов)) Джинсы стоили 4000. Впервые сталкиваюсь с таким, что решить ситуацию нужно только мне, а компания ВСЕМИ СИЛАМИ хочет, чтобы на нее подали в суд. Просто треш. Кстати, компания нарушает свою же публичную оферту - ведь сами же пишите на сайте, что забираете заказы 1 раз в неделю. Так вот, уважаемый Colins, расскажу что будет, если завтра мои джинсы не заберут в срок и они отправятся ко мне обратно - 1) Вам будет направлена претензия с описью, на основании которой я буду требовать с вашей компании не только возврат денежных средств за джинсы, но и стоимость всех доставок + пени, если не будет ответа в течение 10 дней с момента получения. 2) Будет отправлено заявление в роспотребнадзор. От себя же крайне не рекомендую совершать покупку в интернет-магазине - компания вас кинет, а бедные специалисты-поддержки 24/7 будут оформлять жалобы. Потратите время и деньги. Я до сих пор в шоке.
