Во-первых цены, где они фиксированные, где единая цена?)) Десерты жутко химозные. Во-вторых сегодня меня отказались обслуживать в экспресс-окне (Cofix тот, что с улицы) с комментариями "У меня вход в кафе там", ответа на вопрос "у Вас касса стоит на экспресс обслуживании для чего?" не последовало. Кассир абсолютно бестактно вела себя, видя, что я стою ожидаю, она отвернулась и продолжила делать свои дела, даже не поздаровалась, когда я к ней обратилась. Ноль клиентоориентированности.

Заказывала кофе через сервис доставки Кофикс. Деньги списаны, чек и номер заказа был получен. Однако в кофейне был получен ответ, что они с данным сервисом не работают. В итоге, ни денег, ни кофе. И испорченное с утра настроение. Обратной связи от кофейни также же нет. Читают сообщения и молчат.
