Всегда к Вам заходим и обычно все ребята очень приветливы, несмотря на огромное количество посетителей. Сегодня же бариста Дарья была видимо не в настроении и решила, что может себе позволить грубить посетителям. Чисто по-человечески, я понимаю, что у ребят сложная работа на ногах, да и могут быть личные проблемы, быть может Дарью бросил парень. Но почему посетителей это должно волновать? Уютный вечер испорчен грубым отношением. И ладно бы только к нам было такое отношение, но мы были лишь одними из немногих кто услышал заветную фразу «я видимо опять про себя сказала, ага»

Во время обучения сотрудников учат, как предоставлять высокую культуру обслуживания. К сожалению, во время Вашего посещения обслуживание оказалось не на должном уровне, и мы искренне сожалеем об этом. Мы хотим, чтобы все Гости получали удовольствие от посещения наших кофеин и стараемся быстро и дружелюбно обслуживать всех без исключения.
