Клиника, которая не отвечает за пациентов. Проходила лечение, была назначена процедура, записалась на время. Подтверждение о записи не пришло. Решила сама уточнить. Оказывается, клиника на Шарикоподшипниковской закрылась на ремонт, врач в отпуске. Без слов "извините", мне порекомендовали другое отделение, которое территориально не подходит. Даже не предложили выслать на почту мед документы о лечении, поскольку я там больше лечиться не буду.
