Хотели сделать тест пцр, заполнили анкету с паспортами на сайте, чтобы не тратить время. Позвонили на горячую линию, уточнили, во сколько принимают. Сказали, что с 16 до 18 делают пцр. И что обычный результат будет готов 19 числа (мы хотели сдавать 17 числа). В итоге пришли туда в назначенное время. Девушка отказалась принимать электронные анкеты, начала снова за двух человек заполнять все вручную. И что самое замечательное — оказалось, что тесты надо было сделать до 11 утра, чтобы получить результат 19 числа. А если делать в 16 часов, как пришли мы, то они уже будут готовы 20 числа (а мы с утра 20 улетали в отпуск). Мы бы пришли и к 8 утра сдавать, но на сайте и горячей линии часы приема пцр только с 16 до 18. Таким образом эта дама или компания в целом заработала на нас ещё 2000 за срочность тестов, чтобы получить результат все-таки 19. Ужасная дезинформация, неприятный осадок.
