Всегда анализы сдаю здесь. Результаты присылают в этот же день в 90%, редко на следующий. Персонал приветливый, боюсь сдавать кровь из вены, но тут всегда берут аккуратно, быстро и не больно)

Оставил заявку на сайте для сдачи экспресс ПЦР-теста. На сайте выдало номер заявки и сообщение С Вами в ближайшее время свяжется администратор, прошло порядка 2-х часов, никто не связался. В итоге я решил позвонить в единую справочную службу, и получил просто шокирующий ответ - БЛИЖАЙШЕЕ ВРЕМЯ У НАС СЧИТАЕТСЯ В ТЕЧЕНИЕ 24-Х ЧАСОВ. Я считаю неприемлемым подобный сервис и качество обслуживания.

Ужасный центр! Администратор нахамила и заставила понервничать беременную женщину, бубнит под нос, не отвечает на вопросы. К медсёстрам претензий не имею! Прошу руководство провести беседу с администраторами и улучшить сервис!
