Не пишу негативные отзывы, но здесь считаю, что руководство должно знать. Пришла в данную лабораторию сегодня около 12:00. С порога администратор Лущ Галина попросила выйти, якобы вход по одному на двери написано, но в тот момент на ресепшене находилось 3 человека. Ок, я вышла на улицу. Через некоторое время двое вышли и я естественно зашла, но мне опять с порога начали говорить, что вход по одному. Так, что? Ведь у вас до этого трое пациентов было? Т.е. женщине передо мной можно было зайти, когда были другие пациенты, а мне нельзя??? Я сказала, что не выйду и останусь стоять здесь. После того, когда пациентку отпустили, я обратилась за информацией по поводу интересующего меня исследования. Помочь мне Галина не смогла, ссылаясь на то, что я должна была прийти с направлением. Ну ок, пусть она не компетентна в вопросе и не разбирается в имеющихся у них обследованиях. Но тот факт, что меня заставляли стоять на улице дабы избежать заражения, а сама администратор Лущ Галина сидит в маске, прикрывая только часть рта, ссылаясь на то, что у неё проблемы с органами дыхания🤦‍♀️ меня ещё больше меня задел. Так заразиться я и от вас могу, ведь пациенты все носят маски правильно, а ваши сотрудники только для вида. В общем только негативное впечатление от посещения данного филиала. Если у вас действуют правила, то будьте добры соблюдать их для всех: как для пациентов, так и для сотрудников.
