Давно была клиентом смд и никогда не думала перепроверять их анализы, а зря!!! Сдавала у них д-димер и анализы на гемостаз. Анализ показал превышение нормы в 6 раз.Обратилась к врачам , начала лечение кроворазжижающими препаратами.( дорогими и опасными) Лечилась и каждую неделю пересдавала у них эти анализы.но динамики никакой не было( так сдала 6-7 раз). Врач засомневалась и предложила пересдать в другой лаборатории( анализ не дешёвый 1500+1700+забор) И тут шок, показатели в норме, а смд показал за день до этого превышение в 6 раз( единицы измерения одни и те же). Ну для проверке пересдала в 3-ей( гемотест)и тут тоже норма. Собрала все результаты, написала претензию, ждала ответа 3 нед.( якобы проводили проверку) а потом позвонили, ошибку не признали.Деньги не возвращают и других вариантов не предлагают. В НИИ гематологии, куда пришлось обращаться после лечения по таким анализам подтвердили, что СМД очень часто косячат и врут по анализам. Ошибки не признают. Будьте осторожны!! На клиентов им плевать, !!! Стыд и позор!!
