Приходила два раза сдавать анализы. В первый раз была очень приятная администратор, сама начала узнавать есть ли знакомые/родственники кто сдавал в их клинике или карта москвича( для скидки), подсказывала, как будет лучше, взяли кровь тоже очень хорошо и синяка не осталось. Но вот во второй раз… Я пришла и там сидела очень нахальная администратор, я начала говорить о скидке, она не хотела ее делать, мне кажется она сделала не максимум, что могла, потому что по подсчетам предыдущего админа выходило меньше, так помимо всего кровь взяли очень больно и огромная шишка неделю держалась! Так двояко получается, буду стараться приходить к милой администрации, а не не к неприятным особам

Быстро, профессионально, правда был один раз, но родственн ки посещали и тоже без претензий.
