Раньше в филиале работали очень квалифицированные и вежливые медсестры, всегда с доверием сама посещала и водила детей, но сейчас сервис провалился полностью. С порога процедурного кабинета тебя встречают с недовольным лицом. Сегодня сдавала анализы в филиале в 18 микрорайоне. Была возмущена медсестрой, которая занимается забором крови: 1. даёт расписаться в тетради, где ещё не вклеены штрих коды анализов; 2. руки не вымыла и даже не обработала антисептиком, просто надела перчатки; 3. кровь брала без бабочки, боль дикая при смене пробирки ( этот филиал посещаю всей семьей уже несколько лет и всегда забор крови был через бабочку, независимо одна пробирка или семь).

Если Вам нужно сдать кровь ребенку из вены, то Вам точно сюда!!! Мед.сестра Мариам (если вдруг ошиблась в имени, извините) берет кровь идеально (быстро, безболезненно) даже самым маленьким! На ресепшене приятная администратор, подарила небольшие презентики, и все это с искренней улыбкой! Спасибо большое!

Лучшая лаборатория! Вежливое обслуживание, быстрые результаты, адекватные цены. Не навязывают дорогостоящие комплексные анализы, если вам нужно 2-3 показателя, подскажут как можно сэкономить
