Не понятно что с записью, записана была на узи к Марковой 13:40, подошла в 13:39, девушка на ресепшн сказала подождать, прошло 20минут, я снова подошла на ресепшн спрашиваю когда уже меня примут, оказывается передо мной ещё девушка сидит ждёт свою очередь. Что за отношение такое к клиентам
