Полнейшее безобразие! Ждать ответа на звонок 20 минут! Тест, якобы, за 5 часов обман, т.к. только с выездом на дом, который ещё сутки ждать.

Это не CMD, а франшиза. Какая-то другая контора, и немного странный администратор. На вопрос это CMD что-то промямлила, еле удалось получить внятный ответ.

Часто посещаю лаборатории подобного рода, но cmd покорили. Конечно самое важное - руки медсестры при заборе, но такой чуткости и заботы, какую она проявила по отношению ко мне, я не встречала практически нигде. Анализ был взят идеально, исполнен раньше срока. Буду рекомендовать. Ушла в хорошем настроении.

Такой безолаберной работы лаборатории я ещё не встречала!!!!! Сдала анализ перед началом приёма курса лекарств, чтобы уже во время лечения и тогда, когда придут анализы,врач корректировал лечение. Спустя полтора дня, в обед, мне звонят и говорят, что анализ они поместили НЕ В ТУ ПРОБИРКУ, соответственно, испортили материал, а значит мне надо СПУСТЯ ДВА ДНЯ приехать, потратить своё время, сдать его ещё раз. Вы над своими клиентами в открытую смеётесь и плюёте им в лицо. Клиентам советую искать другую лабораторию, где не ОТПРАВЯТ НЕ ТУДА ваши анализы, цены везде одинаковые, а отношение к оказанию платных медицинских услуг разное.
