Вежливый и приветливый персонал, а самое главное - компетентный. В офисе и кабинете забора биоматериала чисто.

Не очень приятная девушка на респшн, не смогла внятно объяснить как найти офис. Забор материала (пцр на covid) пациенты должны сами делать при том, что в других офисах забор материала выполняют мед работники центра. У работника отсутствует доверенность на подписание документов, у руководителя оперативно этот вопрос отказалась выяснять. Впечатлен е негативное.

Сегодня 3.04.2018 я по телефону записалась на УЗИ. Сразу удивило,что в филиале на Нежинской не клиент выбирает удобное ему время, а ему озвучивают конкретное время, когда врач УЗИ сможет быть в офисе…Пришла я к «навязанному» мне времени, а администратор спокойно заявляет, что врача УЗИ сегодня не будет, а позвонить она мне не смогла, так как «забыла» взять мои контактные данные. Лично я считаю такое отношение к клиенту хамским и недопустимым!
