Неплохая, качественно сшитая одежда и ужасный сервис. Например, продавщица сразу переходит на "ты" (это замечали все мои подруги, которые там отоваривались). Но это мелочи по сравнению с ситуациями, когда ей что-то не нравится. Несколько лет назад не раз покупала там одежду, нареканий не было. А 29.01. 2019 приобрела на распродаже брюки и, как следует примерив их дома, поняла, что носить не смогу - где-то давит, где-то тянет и т.д. Через пару часов отнесла обратно в магазин. Сначала девушка (к сожалению, не знаю ее фамилию) пыталась убедить меня, что товар с распродажи возврату не подлежит (хотя закон о защите прав потребителей говорит другое) и якобы она чисто по-человечески может разве что предложить замену. При этом постоянно на повышенных тонах повторяла, что она тратит на меня свое драгоценное время. И только после длительных споров и предложения изучить закон вместе, она позвонила хозяйке. Та, видимо, законодательство знает лучше, поэтому после разговора продавщица наконец стала пытаться сделать возврат. И заявила (внимание!): "Я отдам вам деньги только при условии, что вы больше сюда никогда не придете!". Нормальное заявление для продавца? Конечно, при таком отношении я сюда не вернусь. Как и не вернутся мои знакомые, которые узнали о ситуации. Как сказала одна из них: "Конкурентов море, выбор большой, а нервная система у меня одна, чтобы терпеть такое отношение".
