The worst costumer service I’ve had in my entirely life. 1) if you’re a foreigner, it’s gonna be extremely difficult to find you some assistance in English (at the units and either by telephone) And even though you have someone with you on the line to help you translate, the attendants in general they are not helpful and sometimes with bad attitude. 2) to solve simple issues like need to fix or recover my password is crazy how they make it so complicated, in order to do this you might have to go in person (and still doesn’t guarantee that you will get solution by my personal experience) Худшее обслуживание клиентов, которое у меня было за всю мою жизнь. 1) если вы иностранец, вам будет крайне сложно найти помощь на английском языке (в подразделениях и по телефону) И хотя с вами на линии есть кто-то, кто поможет вам перевести, обслуживающий персонал в целом бесполезен, а иногда и плохо относится. 2) для решения простых проблем, таких как необходимость исправить или восстановить мой пароль, это безумие, как они это усложняют, для этого вам, возможно, придется пойти лично (и все еще не гарантируется, что вы получите решение от моего личного опыт)
