Клиника замечательная, врачи хорошие. Но… Была на приеме у Столяра Романа Ивановича с сильной болью в челюсти. Это был самый ужасный прием в моей жизни! Врач разговаривал грубо, с издёвками в мой адрес как преподавателя (я сказала, что приходится много говорить по своей профессии). Не стал смотреть заключения обследований, даже брать у меня в руки их не хотел. Сказал, что раз там «нет дисков, то это не обследования, а заключения». И он их смотреть не будет. Наорал на меня за то, что я не смогла по его придуманной «шкале» определить интенсивность боли при надавливании им на мои щёки. Мой диагноз при операции прокомментировал «печально». Когда показала место боли, он сказал «это у вас болит, а у меня ничего не болит». Приём стоил 3300, а я ушла расстроенная, со слезами на глазах, поднялось давление после приёма. Помощь оказание не была.

Мы тщательно изучили ситуацию с учётом позиции врача и проведём внутреннюю проверку, включая просмотр видеозаписи приёма (в клинике ведётся видеофиксация). По существу Ваших замечаний: • Для постановки диагноза по профилю доктора Столяра необходимы исходные данные исследований (в т. ч. диски КТ/МРТ), к сожалению, только текстовых заключений недостаточно. • При оценке болевых ощущений врач использовал общепринятую шкалу интенсивности (от 0 до 10) — это стандартный инструмент для уточнения состояния пациента. • По итогам осмотра Вам было выдано заключение с диагнозами, назначениями и рекомендациями по дальнейшему обследованию. Искренне сожалеем, что Вы почувствовали себя некомфортно. Мы ценим каждый отзыв - он помогает нам становиться лучше и внимательнее к потребностям пациентов. Надеемся, что в будущем у нас появится шанс изменить Ваше впечатление о клинике.
