У нас компания занимается созданием промышленного программного обеспечения и это само собой порождает множество вопросов, поэтому чтобы как то наладить связь с заказчиками было решено создать колл-центр технической поддержки. Всё упёрлось в специализированную телефонию, с которой нам и помог Ситителеком. Отклик на проблему стал в разы быстрее, а заказчики более довольными. Наша компания благодарит Ситителеком за качественно проделанную работу.

В этом году Ситителеком устанавливали нам виртуальную АТС, в подарок подключили номер 8-800. Стоимость у них нормальная а качество связи очень хорошее, сколько работаем не было сбоев.

У нас дизацн-компания имеет 2 офиса в 1 городе, что с одной стороны удобно (охват территории больше), а вот с другой не очень (неудобно объяснять концепты дизацна по телефону и общаться по скайпу). Поэтому обратились к ним, за установкой качественной видеосвязи. Получилось супер, теперь заказчик из одного офиса может напрямую связаться с дизайнером и тот ему все показывает и рассказывает сам.

Изначально заказали у Ситителком тестовый период чтобы оценить качество и стабильность работы их интернета — нам понравилось. Непонятно почему, но на их сайте не было ценников на их тарифы и услуги, наверное обновлялись. В общем решили подключить всё офис к ним. Они всё организовали и сделали всего за несколько дней. Арендаторы довольны.

Стоимость тарифов надо уточнять у менеджера! У нас вышло немного дороже, чем ожидалось — это расстроило. Но нам дали региональный номер и АТС в подарок.Пока непонятно что делать с номером, но отказываться от халявы глупо. А АТску настраиваем.
