Из слов только нецензурная лексика приходит на ум. Делала шугаринг глубокого бикини, "мастер"-фломастер умудрилась сделать мне рваную рану в сантиметр шириной. Сначала не заметила, думала пинцетом щипнула, после увидела в душе, что это на самом деле. И главное она мне не призналась. Звоню на следующий день администратору, мне предлагают прийти предъявить - экспертная комиссия в лице другого мастера, администратора, и может быть, руководства посмотрит и примет решение, что делать. Вы вообще адекватные? Помимо того, что мне с этим больно и проблематично жить и надо лечить, так мне ещё предлагают доказать. Даже деньги вернуть отказались, предложили написать отзыв - пишу. Отзыв предложили написать, чтоб было основание направить руководству запрос на удаление отзыва. Негативные отзывы на эту сеть удаляют, знайте! Думала, что там могут взять на работу человека без опыта, потому туда и идут молодые мастера, и решила сходить, повелась на цены. Но чтоб весь персонал без рук и головы - это ж надо постараться собрать в одном месте. Полагаю, что вся сеть такая, потому там такие цены. Девочки, не рискуете своим здоровьем, не ходите ни на эпиляцию, на маникюр - останетесь с травмированными руками и ногами.
