Впервые обратилась в Цитолаб на ул. Гоголя. У меня только положительные впечатления об организации: приветливый персонал, быстрая готовность анализов. В общем, всё что важно для посетителя. Спасибо большое!

Это было моё первое знакомство с Цитолабом на Гоголя и последнее. Необходимо было сдать анализы перед приемом у врача. На сайте реклама " результаты анализов за 2 часа". Пришла около 11 , спросила у администратора точно ли анализы будут готовы до 15:00? Администратор заверила, что точно и пришлют на WhatsApp. Ещё раз спросила у лаборанта кто собирал анализы- аналогичный ответ. В 15:10 приезжаю к ним и спрашиваю, что с результатами. Администратор ответила, что мне нужно ждать как минимум до 16. Естественно, я была недовольна и напомнила про 2 часа и, что вы же меня и заверили что до 15 часов все будет готово. На что она мне парировала, что она этого не говорила.. и в процессе нашего диалога просто начала говорить с другими клиентами по телефону. Чувство, скажу вам, не из приятных. Я не конфликтный человек и понимаю что человеческий фактор везде присутствует ( может забыли, может не успели) , НО ! администратор это лицо клиники : что значит : "Я такого не говорила" и вести себя с клиентом как с пустым местом и не обращая внимания разговаривать по телефону!? В итоге администратор Бердникова удалилась и вернулась через 5 мин с результатами. Внимание вопрос : как так оперативно написались результаты анализов , к которым никто не прикасался?
