Хочу выразить огромную благодарность риэлторскому агенству "Цитадель-А". Квартиру покупали впервые все было неизведанно и страшно, поэтому хотелось иметь крепкую поддержку в лице риэлторского агенства. Выбрав "Цитадель-А" мы не ошиблись) Отдельные слова благодарности нашему риэлтору Марии и директору Александру Владимировичу. Спасибо Вам за помощь и поддержку. Теперь Только к Вам!)

Отвратительно!!! На встречу опаздали на 40 минут. Их контора в заводском районе-это кладовка 2х2 метра, с 2 столами(плюс ко всему воняло туалетом).Нахамили, облили грязью и считали что вели себя более чем корректно. МОИ документы не отдали, со словами "они больше не ваши" и " не переживайте, я их потом выкину" Никому не советую обращаться туда! Не верьте хорошим отзывам

Цитадель-А - 24.10.2018
В агентстве недвижимости «Цитадель-А» на 23.10.2018 года в 18 00 было назначено оформление предварительного договора по 1 комнатной квартире по адресу: г. Саратов, ул. 4 Беговая. Представитель продавца на встречу явилась вовремя, покупатель на встречу опоздала на 40 минут. При изучении документов на продаваемую квартиру выяснилось, что продавца на встрече нет, а есть только его представитель Алина Бельская (дочь продавца) которая просила, что бы ей дали аванс в размере 30 000 рублей за продаваемую квартиру. У представителя продавца отсутствовали какие либо полномочия на распоряжение данной квартирой, так как доверенность на продажу квартиры отсутствовала. Алине Бельской было отказано в оформлении предварительного договора и передачи ей денег в размере 30 000 рублей. После чего представитель продавца сильно обиделась на АН «Цитадель-А», забрала свой паспорт, документы на квартиру и покинула офис. Наша задача не только входить в положение клиентов, но и соблюдать законодательство РФ. Руководитель "Цитадель-А"
