Несколько недель назад получили последнюю партию продукции по договору, уже почти всё пошло в производство. Хотим отметить нулевую концентрацию бракованных этикеток, хорошее качество, а также тот факт, что сделано всё было достаточно быстро. Планируем продолжить работу с этой компанией.

Сначала привлекли хорошие расценки, а когда обнаружилось, что и качество на высоте, сомнений не осталось — перешли на их продукцию.

Такого ужасного отношения к клиентам никогда не встречал. Выполнили заказ отвратительно, изделие сильно отличалось от согласованного макета. На любые вопросы почему так, ответы постоянно менялись, то все соответствует, то это наша вина."Если хотите чтобы переделали, оплачивайте еще раз". Причем цены не маленькие, а отношение наихудшее. Менеджер Вячеслав абсолютно не компетентен. Ничего не объяснял перед печатью и после вел себя очень вызывающе. Обвинял клиента в неопытности, что мы не правильно предоставили им макеты, что они не проходят по параметрам их техники, но тогда почему об этом не предупредили заранее, ответа не было. В итоге изделие мы не забрали, переделывать они не хотят, деньги не возвращают. Будем судиться. Так нельзя оставлять.

Пожалуй, самый ответственный партнёр нашей компании за долгие годы! И качество, и сроки адекватные, а постоянным клиентам (вроде нас) предоставляют отсрочку плтежа, хорошие условия договора. Рекомендуем!

Давно сотрудничаем с Этикеткой, печать у них качественная, сроки за 5 лет не срывали, качество не просело, все требования согласовываются и выполняются, менеджеры отвечают оперативно и по делу.

Работаем с Этикеткой вот уже несколько лет — и за всё время проблем просто 0. Ни одного прокола с их стороны, а ведь всё это за адекватные деньги.
