Владельцы компании, которая застраивала посёлок и продавала участки и дома, оказались непорядочными людьми, которые оставили в своей собственности дороги и проезды ко всем домам и участкам, а затем, шантажируя жителей тем, что не пустят их к себе домой подняли стоимость услуг по обслуживанию в 2 раза. Отвратительно!
