Очень долгое обслуживание! Касса всего одна и оплата самая медленная какую я когда либо видела. Было желание оставить товар и просто уйти.

Дарина, спасибо, что поделились мнением. Уточните, пожалуйста, дату/время Вашего визита в магазин. Мы обязательно проверим информацию и разберёмся в ситуации. В данный момент в наших магазинах начисление и списание бонусов производится только при предъявлении оригинала бонусной карты в магазине в момент покупки. Необходима сама карта, а не её отсканированный с помощью приложения или электронный вариант. Предъявление оригинала бонусной карты в магазине является обязательным условием для начисления бонусов в магазинах нашей сети. Это указано в правилах программы лояльности магазина.
