Если хотите потерять свои деньги, зданное имущество на ремонт и время, тогда Вам в Чипсет!!! Безответственное и халатное отношение к клиенту! Тянут время по мелкому ремонту, делают все тяп ляп!!! Хуже диагностов еще не видел!!! Как вы еще работаетете с таким отношением к своей работе...... Одним словом обмароки безответственные!

На маленьком участке экрана (1 см.вдоль боковой рамки) планшет перестал реагировать на касания. В целом планшет был в рабочем состоянии и особых неудобств при работе не возникало. Обратился в данный сервис. Планшет приняли на диагностику и обещали позвонить как только выяснится причина неисправности и определится стоимость ремонта. Спустя неделю, не дождавшись звонка, решил позвонить сам. Оператор пообещал перезвонить позже, так как у них произошел "сбой системы". через несколько часов перезвонили и объявили стоимость ремонта - 3 000 руб. (это при стоимости самого планшета 3490 руб.). Но суть не в этом. От ремонта я отказался, и поэтому был обязан оплатить диагностику в размере 300 руб. после чего мне вернули планшет, забрали квитанцию и сказали "До свидания!" Моё требование выдать мне квитанцию или чек, подтверждающий оплату услуги диагностики, выполнили не сразу и с явной неохотой! Придя домой и включив планшет я обнаружил, что для использования он уже абсолютно не пригоден. Сенсор не реагирует на касания в нескольких местах, происходят самопроизвольные, ложные, хаотичные нажатия и мерцание. По этому поводу оператор службы поддержки лишь посоветовал мне сдать повторно и оплатить полную стоимость ремонта. P.S. в 2013 году я так же обращался в этот сервис. Тогда замену аудиоразъема на сот.телефоне производили почти на 3 месяца. Не рекомендую данный сервисный центр! Дорого! Долго! Низкий уровень сервиса! Грубые операторы!
