Кручу верчу, запутать хочу. Посетили данное заведение в среду 24.12.19, все было отлично, услужливое обслуживание, вкусная еда, приятная атмосфера. Но в конце ужина произошла чудесная история со скидкой по карте Новикова, сумма скидки составляет 10% и каким-то образом наша скидка в чеке с 9300 рублей, составила всего 500. Задали вопрос официанту, который уклончиво ответил, что так как стриплойн и рибай, которые мы заказывали были по акции, то скидка на них не распространяется. Отсюда вопрос: откуда взялась эта акция? Нигде нет никакой рекламы, на официальном сайте ресторана стейк стриплойн стоит 500 рублей за 100 грамм, в меню пропечатана та же сумма, нигде ни единого слова, что это акция. Дело не в этих 400 рублях, а в отношении. Для такого заведения неприемлемо. Впечатление очень подпортили.
