Ставлю 5 магазину. Давний клиент, вся моя большая семья уже очень давно ходим в 99% в 4 лапы) Мой совет, обучение продавцов к бОльшей лояльности с подсказками с выбором корма для животных. И необходимости этих подсказок, только тогда, когда их о них попросят.Не очень приятно прийти за определенным кормом и услышать, что не самый дешевый корм выпускается в России, и качества он не айс, а вот другой корм, он лучше. (может бонусы за продажу того корма больше, не знаешь, что думать) Всему остальному персоналу выражаю благодарность. отличный магазин и вся сеть в целом
