При покупки 2 крысок во 1-х посоветовали клетку кторая ну очень маленькая и в принцепе не подходит из за материала , как потом выяснилось , Ладно не проблема нашли другую на эту сделали возврат . Потом через неделю 1-на из крыс рожает . Горячая линя переключает на магазин там отвечают: "везите их к нам и мы сделает возврат и заберем крысят с мамой" . Возможно я много хочу но как по мне это ИХ косяк и пусть присылают сотрудника или курьера да все равно кого. И он сам достаёт крысят с мамой и отвозит их. Почему покупатель должен исправлять косяк магазина, Единственное что они могут сделать это возврат.

У вас прекрасный магазины! НО , есть ОГРОМНОЕ НО! Я прекрасно понимаю, что торговый центр, но сделайте поближе, раз нельзя с собаками в ТЦ, как померить намордник собаке, которой нельзя в магазин??? Ладно, ещё отвратительное отношение к клиентам, я прождала 10 минут, что бы хоть кто то ко мне подошел( охранник позвал ваш персонал) но никто даже не подумал выйти или мне нужно было ждать пол часа или час? В общем, я часто заходила именно в этот магазин, но теперь туда ни ногой! Поменяйте отношение к своим клиентам!

Покупали двух крыс девочек. Консультант уверяла, что мальчики и девочки сидят отдельно. Через неделю одна родила, хотя по ней было не заметно и никто об этом не сказал. Очень расстраивает тот факт, что работники магазина не компетентны по отношению к животным и покупателям.
