Работаю на заводе с 2017 года и планирую работать дальше. Работа есть, зарплату платят, перспективы хорошие. Завод растёт, численность работников увеличивается, есть обучение и развитие, нормальный соц пакет. Столовая, парковка, доставка, профсоюзные плюшки... да. Есть с чем сравнивать, здесь можно спокойно работать, многое не хуже или лучше, чем на других предприятиях

Я здесь недавно, однако с первых дней только самые благоприятные впечатления. Работала в разных местах, есть с чем сравнить - особенно в том, что касается периода адаптации. Коллектив дружный, все охотно делились опытом работы (и продолжают это делать), помогли быстро освоиться на новом месте. Что особенно важно для меня, здесь есть возможность развиваться - повышать квалификацию, участвовать в новых проектах, выступать с инициативами. Ну и такие немаловажные вещи, как своевременные выплаты зарплаты, транспортная доступность и хорошее питание также делают это место привлекательным для меня, как для работника.
