Почти всю амуницию для верховой езды покупаю в этом магазине. Если что-то непонятно по конкретному товару, менеджер быстро отвечает онлайн прямо на сайте, дает дельные рекомендации по подбору, т.к. напр. хомут без примерки довольно сложно подобрать, но нам это удалось)

Непонятен график работы. Будний день, среда, 17.00- офис закрыт, телефоны не отвечают. По какому графику вы работаете?

Здравствуйте. На нашем сайте указано, что офис-склад по средам работает до 17:00, а визит нужно обязательно согласовывать с нашими менеджерами. Это ярко выделено на странице Контакты. Также уточните, пожалуйста, по каким телефонам Вы пыталась с нами связаться, чтобы мы могли проверить линию. Спасибо.

Покупала седло для пони. Очень переживала, что седло не подойдет, так как лошадка у нас совсем недавно и мы еще совсем неопытные) Но в магазине мне подробно ответили на все вопросы и дали седло на примерку!!! Большое спасибо.
