Один плюс это ТКРФ. НЕГАТИВНЫЕ МОМЕНТЫ Все эти положительные отзывы, которые написаны тут и на других сайтах, полный обман!!! Руководство не ценит своих сотрудников! Задержки ₽ по 15-25 дней (это уже стабильно)! Обещают 3 мес. испытательный срок, а потом повысят ставку (обман)! Люди ждали и по 2-3 года и повысили им на 10-20 рублей в час.! Объектов много, а толку мало! Все сроки прогарают по 3 раза! Берут подрядчиков кривых, потом за ними переделываешь! Карьерного роста нету! Мотивации нету! За переработку платят слабо(обычная часовая ставка). Переодеваешься где попало! (часто так бывает). Если украли у вас инструмент, даже не по вашей вине, с Вас снимут стоимость Hilti! Если ночные смены, не нравиться увольняйся! Доп. оплата за ночь нету!! Раньше было много славян, теперь все на оборот, УзбекКиргизСтрой! А сейчас я узнал, что зп уже 3 месяца задержка!!!
